About The Position
Perspire is an infrared sauna studio expanding nationwide. The company emphasizes a fun, upbeat culture and aims to support team members’ personal and professional development. The Studio Assistant joins the member service team at an upscale sauna studio and helps create a positive, welcoming experience for guests. The role supports Sales Associates and helps keep sauna rooms and towels ready for appointments.
Requirements

- A verifiable history of excellent attendance.
- Prior sales experience.
- Availability in the evenings and on weekends.

Responsibilities
- Promptly clean and prepare sauna rooms after guests leave so they are ready for the next appointment.
- Process towel shipments and maintain the cold towel process.
- Create towel bundles and place them where guests can access them.
- Welcome and enthusiastically greet clients.
- Support Sales Associates with miscellaneous tasks, including sales and back-of-house duties.
- Respond to guest inquiries and conduct studio tours for new guests.
