About The Position
The Assistant Studio Manager partners with the Orangetheory Studio Manager to help ensure the studio runs smoothly. The role involves knowing members, stepping in for the manager when needed, complementing the manager’s strengths, and setting and exceeding goals. The Assistant Studio Manager represents the Orangetheory brand and shares enthusiasm for its workout. The role may offer an opportunity to learn different aspects of the business and potentially progress toward becoming a Franchisee or Business Owner. Responsibilities
- Partner with the Studio Manager to help the studio run smoothly.
- Step in for the Studio Manager when needed.
- Build familiarity with studio members.
