About The Position

The Assistant Studio Manager works alongside the Studio Manager to support smooth daily studio operations, lead and motivate the team, and provide exceptional experiences for members. The role helps create a positive, welcoming environment and represents the Orangetheory brand. It is a full-time opportunity that may require working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a sales, retail, or fitness environment.
Experience in a customer-facing role.
Experience with social media and creative programs such as Canva.

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily studio operations.
Support the Studio Manager in implementing marketing campaigns, outreach events, and social media initiatives.
Help lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed membership goals and key performance indicators.
Help manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and events.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment for members and guests.
Lead studio operations and support the team when the Studio Manager is absent.
Lead by example with a positive, professional attitude and set standards for staff behavior and performance.
Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Assist with administrative tasks, including reporting and member communications.
