About The Position

This posting is for a Student Part-Time Professor for the course 'Anatomie fonctionnelle du mouvement' (APA1505) during the Fall 2026 academic period. The course focuses on osteology, arthrology, and myology, exploring the human movement from an applied perspective. It examines the relationship between anatomical structure and muscular function for analyzing static and dynamic posture and movement in contexts related to health, prevention, intervention, and performance. Laboratory evaluations are to be completed during scheduled lab hours.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Human Kinetics (Biophysical sciences) or a related field.
  • 3 credits of teaching.
  • 39 hours of teaching per semester.
  • In-person teaching mode, on campus.
  • Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 PM - 6:50 PM.
  • Competence in a second language.
  • Completion of mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience teaching at the university level is preferred.
  • An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as equivalent to the required education and/or demonstrated experience.
