About The Position
This posting is for a Student Part-Time Professor position to teach POR2101 A - The Culture of Portuguese-Speaking Countries I during the Fall/Automne 2026 academic period. The course involves advanced study of grammar, readings, composition, conversation, and oral and written practice. The position is limited to students and is expected to have an enrolment of 45 students. The course will be offered in person.
Requirements
- M.A. in Portuguese or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching of Portuguese at the University level.
- Bilingual (French and English).
- Must successfully complete all mandatory legislated training.
- Must apply using worker profile in Workday if currently an active employee of the University of Ottawa.
