About The Position

This is a Regular Part-Time Professor position for the course NUT3532 Section A, titled "Prot extéines alimentaires" (Food Proteins). The course covers the physicochemical properties of food proteins, their presence, nature, and role in formulation, processing, safety, and nutrition. It also explores advancements in functional food proteins. The course is a lecture-based course (Type B) with assignments or exams that cannot be computer-graded. The mode of instruction is in-person on the Lees Campus.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Food Science or equivalent.
  • Experience in the subject matter of the course.
  • If the degree is in an equivalent field, the candidate must specify in their CV how their academic training relates to Food Sciences.
  • Successful completion of all mandatory legislated training.

Nice To Haves

  • University teaching experience is an asset.
  • Passive competence in a second language.
