About The Position

This posting is for a Part-Time Professor position for the course "Introduction à la biomécanique appliquée" (APA2715) during the Fall 2026 academic period. The course focuses on biomechanical principles applied to understanding and analyzing human movement and its effects on the body. Topics include kinematics and kinetics of rigid bodies, impulse, momentum, work, energy, power, fluid mechanics, conservation, and dry friction. Laboratory evaluations are required and will be completed during lab hours.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Human Kinetics (biomechanics) or a related field.
  • 3 credits / 3 credits
  • 39 hours of teaching per semester.
  • Teaching mode: in-person, on campus.
  • Competence in French language instruction.
  • An acceptable level of education/experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational requirements and/or demonstrated experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience teaching in a university setting is preferred.
