About The Position

Resonant Energy is hiring a full-time Strategic Partnerships Manager to build partnerships and programs that generate new solar clients. The role focuses on institutional nonprofits, human services organizations, universities, senior living and multifamily housing, new construction developers, and service vendors. As Resonant expands into new markets, the manager will help determine which partners to engage, which programs to launch, and how to communicate the value of solar to new audiences. The position reports to the Director of Marketing and Partnerships and works closely with the Chief Growth & Impact Officer, another Strategic Partnerships Manager, and the Marketing and Business Development teams. The role is based in Boston, with a hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days after an initial three-month in-office training period. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a one-hour lunch and occasional evening events. An 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. schedule is available, Fridays have a 4 p.m. hard stop, and employees may work fully remotely for six weeks each year. The company seeks someone who enjoys relationship-building and public speaking, designing and launching programs, finding practical solutions when obstacles arise, and understanding how organizations make decisions. The work supports access to clean energy and its financial benefits for nonprofits and community organizations in under-invested communities. The target start date is December 2026 or January 2027. The annual base salary is $89,000–$115,000. Resonant Energy is B-Corp certified and 100% employee-owned. Eligible employees may participate in profit sharing after three years.
