Manager, Strategic Partnerships

STACK Infrastructure•Denver, CO
•$128,260 - $146,018

About The Position

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a commercially minded, highly organized Manager to support complex customer transactions, strengthen strategic customer and partner relationships, and serve as a strategic extension of the SVP, Commercial Transactions & Strategic Partnerships. The role supports commercial negotiations from initial customer engagement through lease execution, coordinating internal teams responsible for financial analysis, legal documentation, technical diligence, development planning, operational requirements, and customer deliverables. The Manager maintains transaction momentum, ownership of open items, and a coordinated customer experience. The position also provides strategic and execution-oriented support to the SVP. This includes translating organizational priorities into initiatives, establishing operating rhythms, preparing executive materials, coordinating cross-functional work, and providing timely, structured information. A central focus is commercial intelligence: gathering and synthesizing information about customers, competitors, market capacity, pricing, leasing activity, development pipelines, and industry trends, then turning it into practical insights for negotiations, customer strategy, investment decisions, and commercial planning. The role suits someone with strong analytical skills, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, executive communication skills, and willingness to own both high-profile transactions and the detailed work needed to execute them. Periodic travel for customer meetings, site visits, industry events, and internal meetings is expected. Compensation range: $128,260.00–$146,017.59.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, economics, law, engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, including converting complex information into concise, decision-ready materials.
  • High proficiency with presentation, spreadsheet, CRM, and project-management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic and execution partner to the SVP, Commercial Transactions & Strategic Partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain commercial priorities, operating rhythms, meeting cadence, and decision-making processes.
  • Translate strategic objectives into initiatives, workplans, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Organize commercial leadership meetings, pipeline and transaction reviews, strategic account discussions, and cross-functional working sessions.
