About The Position

This is a newly created leadership role at Limestone Bookkeeping in Sioux Falls, SD. The Strategic Manager (Accounting) will serve as a strategic partner to anchor the local office and elevate client experience. The role requires someone with 5+ years of accounting experience and a passion for mentorship, offering an opportunity to shape both team growth and local brand presence. The position acts as a bridge between high-level financial strategy and exceptional service delivery, using senior-level expertise to guide a talented team and ensure deliverables meet the Limestone standard of excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.
5+ years of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
A natural ability to organize, communicate, and inspire a team toward a common goal.
Detail-oriented, committed to client success, and eager to contribute to company-wide initiatives.

Nice To Haves

Controller-level experience preferred.

Responsibilities
