About the position
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of key customer accounts and building sustainable, long-term business relationships. They will develop and implement sales and purchasing strategies to meet customer needs and consistently achieve sales goals. The role requires a deep understanding of customer structure, culture, and needs, as well as the ability to provide immediate and reliable solutions. The Strategic Account Manager will also represent and communicate the company's culture, values, and value proposition to customers.
