About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member for a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, food and beverage preparation, sales, and customer service. Team members work together to serve customers, prepare orders to their specifications, manage checkout transactions, and maintain stocked and clean store areas. The position offers opportunities to develop skills across multiple areas of the store and grow within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Able to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be able to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
