About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, communication, and adaptability. Team members work across several areas of store operations, including sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to grow their skills and career within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Able to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Restock products throughout the store.
