About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, bringing high energy and a strong team mentality to store operations. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, food and beverage service, and maintaining product availability and clean store spaces. The Supervisor mentors and coaches team members and helps prioritize and delegate tasks. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Self-motivation, dependability, efficiency, a positive attitude, and the ability to delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers’ specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
