About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a full-time Store Team Member for a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. Team Members provide customers with a welcoming experience and work together to deliver hospitality throughout the store. The role offers opportunities to build skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with potential to grow within Sheetz. Team Members must be 18 years of age or older. The position requires working four weekend days per month. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sheetz states that it offers competitive salaries and paid time off, 100% paid maternity and paternity leave, food and drink discounts, up to $5,250 per year in tuition reimbursement, and employee bonuses. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must work four weekend days per month.
Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
Restock products throughout the store.
