About The Position

As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment focused on providing a positive customer experience. You will engage customers with hospitality and work with the team across sales, food preparation, and customer service. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to change. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for working between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sheetz states that employees receive competitive salaries and PTO, 100% paid maternity and paternity leave, food and drink discounts, up to $5,250 per year in tuition reimbursement, and employee bonuses. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
Full-time Team Members must work four weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers to the stores and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customers' exact specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Manage checkout transactions while monitoring appropriate sales of restricted products.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
Restock products throughout the store.
