About The Position

Store Team Members help build the company brand by delivering excellent customer service, engaging with customers, and advising them on products to drive sales. Depending on business needs, team members may also take on merchandising, front-end, or other responsibilities. The role is referred to internally as Service Team Member and reports to the store management team. This is a seasonal position. Seasonal roles are short term, lasting no longer than six months, and team members may apply for a non-seasonal role. The anticipated hourly pay range is $13.25–$18.55; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, knowledge, skills, and experience, and will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to walk, bend repeatedly, and remain on feet for 8–10 hours a day.
Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 pounds overhead repeatedly.
May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1–3 years of work experience; 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

Process freight; organize and distribute inventory; pull and stock merchandise; build displays and end caps; and place signage.
Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
Greet customers, engage with them to build relationships, and provide personalized service and information about products and services.
Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
Follow applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
If delivery is an essential job function, load and deliver orders safely and professionally in accordance with company policies, procedures, and traffic and safety laws.
