About The Position
Sheetz is hiring a full-time Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, communication, food and beverage service, and teamwork. Team Members may build skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to grow within Sheetz. The position requires working four weekend days per month. Team Members working between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to communicate effectively and adapt to change.
- Able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Restock products throughout the store.
- Work together with the team and adapt to changing needs.
