About The Position

As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you’ll work in a fast-paced team environment focused on creating a positive customer experience. You’ll welcome customers, provide hospitality, prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, handle transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean. The role offers opportunities to develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with potential to grow within Sheetz. Full-time team members are required to work four weekend days per month. Work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. qualifies for an additional $1.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep store products stocked.
