About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a full-time Store Team Member for a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, food and beverage preparation, sales, and customer service. Team members work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing needs while contributing to store operations. The position offers opportunities to develop skills across multiple areas of the store and grow within Sheetz. Shifts worked between 4 p.m. and 6 a.m., as well as all Saturday and Sunday hours, receive an additional $3.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customers’ specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Restock products throughout the store.
