About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a full-time Store Team Member to provide customer service and support store operations in a fast-paced team environment. Team Members welcome customers, prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, handle checkout transactions, help ensure restricted products are sold appropriately, and keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and stocked. The position offers opportunities to develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service and to grow within Sheetz.

The shift needed is evenings. Team Members working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Full-time Team Members must work four weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
• Work with the team and engage customers with hospitality throughout their Sheetz experience.
