About The Position
The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced retail environment, providing hospitality and customer service throughout the Sheetz customer experience. The role involves working collaboratively with the store team, adapting to change, and engaging in sales, food preparation, and customer service. The position offers opportunities to develop skills and grow within the company. The starting rate is $16.00 per hour. An additional $1.50 per hour is paid for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Full-time team members are required to work four weekend days per month. The shift needed is evenings/overnight.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide high-quality customer service.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Restock products throughout the store.
- Work with the team to provide hospitality across the customer experience.
