About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a full-time Store Team Member for a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. Team Members work together to provide customers with a welcoming experience and hospitality throughout their visit. The role offers opportunities to build skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with potential to grow within Sheetz. The starting rate is $16.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work performed between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Full-time Team Members must work four weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
• Work collaboratively with the team and engage customers with hospitality throughout their Sheetz experience.
