About The Position

The Store Team Member provides customer service and hospitality throughout the Sheetz store experience. This fast-paced role involves serving customers, preparing food and beverages to their specifications, handling checkout transactions, maintaining clean store and food-service areas, and keeping merchandise stocked. Team members work collaboratively and may develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service. The listed starting rate is $16.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work performed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The shift needed is evenings. Full-time team members are required to work four weekend days per month.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Full-time team members must work four weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
