About The Position

As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment, helping customers have a positive experience through hospitality, food preparation, sales, and customer service. The role involves serving food and beverages to customer specifications, handling checkout transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and restocking products. Team members need to communicate well, adapt to change, and multitask. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The position may provide opportunities to grow within Sheetz.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
