About The Position

As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and help make customers smile through hospitality throughout their store experience. The role involves work across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to grow your skills and career within the company. Team Members prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, handle checkout transactions, maintain store and food areas, and keep merchandise stocked. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for working between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to change.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
