About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports store success across multiple locations in a district, helping maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere and consistent operational and customer service standards. The role involves traveling locally to nearby stores as needed, delegating work, mentoring Team Members, and working alongside them to keep operations running smoothly. Sheetz describes opportunities for career advancement as the company grows. The position offers set schedules, four-day work weeks, and every other weekend off. An additional $1.50 per hour is paid for working 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for specific tasks.
Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Must be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed when travel exceeds 30 miles one way.

Nice To Haves

Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members and ensure operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members, help them develop service skills, and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
Promote a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
