About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports store success across multiple locations in a district, helping create a positive, high-energy atmosphere. The role includes delegating work, supporting day-to-day operations, mentoring team members, delivering customer service, and maintaining operational, safety, and compliance standards. Local travel to nearby stores is required, with a willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed for travel beyond 30 miles one way.

The position offers set schedules, four-day work weeks, and every other weekend off. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for working 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sheetz states that it is committed to considering qualified applicants with disabilities who can perform the essential duties with or without accommodations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day.

• Prior food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members and ensure operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop skills to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide the General Manager with performance feedback about Team Members.
• Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
