About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports operations across multiple stores in a district, traveling locally to nearby locations as required. The role helps create a positive, high-energy atmosphere and contributes to store success by coordinating team activities, maintaining operational and customer service standards, and supporting team development. Schedules are set, with every other weekend off and four-day work weeks. An additional $1.50 per hour is paid for shifts worked from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for specific tasks.
Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed for travel over 30 miles one way.

Nice To Haves

Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members and ensure operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members, help them develop skills for delivering exceptional service, and provide the General Manager with performance feedback.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
