About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports the success of multiple stores within a district, traveling locally between nearby locations as needed. The role helps create a positive, high-energy atmosphere by coordinating store operations, supporting Team Members, and ensuring customer service and operational standards are met. This position offers opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding company. The position has set schedules, four-day work weeks, and every other weekend off. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for hours worked from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.
Demonstrated experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed for travel exceeding 30 miles one way.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members to support store success and ensure operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop skills to deliver exceptional service.
Provide the General Manager with performance feedback about Team Members.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
