About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports operations across multiple stores in the district, helping create a positive, high-energy atmosphere and contributing to store success. The role involves moving between nearby stores as needed and offers opportunities for career growth. The starting rate is $19.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The shift needed is evenings. The position offers set schedules, four-day work weeks, and every other weekend off. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for specific tasks.
Demonstrated experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Willing to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed for travel beyond 30 miles one way.

Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members and ensure operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members to develop their service skills.
Provide the General Manager with performance feedback about Team Members.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
Promote a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as needed.
