About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports store success across multiple stores in a district, creating a positive, high-energy atmosphere and helping maintain operational and customer service standards. The role involves traveling locally between nearby stores as required and working alongside Team Members. The position offers set schedules, every other weekend off, and four-day work weeks. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, although Virginia law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.

Requirements

At least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.
Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed for travel over 30 miles one way.

Prior food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members and ensure operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members, support their skills development, and provide the General Manager with performance feedback.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
