About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports store success across multiple locations in the district, creating a positive, high-energy atmosphere and ensuring operational and customer service standards are met. The role includes delegating work, mentoring Team Members, working alongside them, and providing performance feedback to the General Manager. The Supervisor travels locally to support nearby stores and must be willing to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed for travel exceeding 30 miles one way. The position offers set schedules, every other weekend off, and four-day work weeks. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, although Virginia law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks. The role involves repeated bending, standing, and reaching, as well as occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds and assisting another person with lifting up to 40 pounds.

Requirements

Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person with lifting up to 40 pounds.
