About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a full-time Store Team Member to provide a welcoming, friendly customer experience in a fast-paced store environment. Team Members work together to engage customers with hospitality throughout their Sheetz experience and contribute across sales, food preparation, and customer service. The role offers opportunities to develop skills and grow within the company. The starting rate is $16.00 per hour. Team Members earn an additional $1.50 per hour for work performed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
Keep products stocked throughout the store.
Work with the team and engage customers with hospitality across their store experience.
Participate in store activities across sales, food preparation, and customer service.
