About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high energy and a strong team mentality to deliver a hospitable customer experience. The role involves serving quality food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The position is an overnight shift. An additional $1.50 per hour is paid for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The starting rate is $19.00 per hour. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customers' exact specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
Lead by example and work with the store team to provide hospitality throughout the customer experience.
Prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
