About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members with high energy and a strong team mentality. The role works with the team to provide customers with a hospitable experience, prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, and keep the store clean, stocked, and ready for customers. The position includes an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Self-motivation, dependability, efficiency, a positive attitude, and the ability to delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
