About The Position
The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels. The role provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing, rebuilding, relearning, or calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; and using and maintaining equipment. The position also assists other employees, test drives vehicles, and operates service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services. The technician promotes store sales and uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers. Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the-job training. Pay is $14.85–$24.50. Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
- Frequent lifting of weights between 35 and 75 pounds.
- Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling.
- Continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.
