About The Position

Best-One Tire & Service in Wichita is hiring a dependable, safety-minded Tire Technician to join its team. The role involves servicing auto and light truck tires, performing routine maintenance, and providing customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is preferred. Pay is up to $17 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, occasionally lifting 75–100 pounds.
• Commitment to service beyond customer expectations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Dependability and a safety-minded approach.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, install, and inspect auto and light truck tires.
• Repair tires and balance wheels.
• Rotate tires.
• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance.
• Conduct brake inspections and PM services.
• Load, unload, and store products.
• Provide service that exceeds customer expectations.
