About The Position
Big Brand Tire & Service is hiring a Tire Technician to provide fast, accurate service in a team-oriented automotive shop. The role includes tire services, basic maintenance, inspections, battery work, inventory stocking, and maintaining a clean and safe shop. Technicians may progress into light mechanical services as their skills and experience allow. The company describes opportunities for career growth into Mechanic, Service Advisor, or Management roles.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
- Detail-oriented and safety-minded, with eagerness to grow.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
- Repair flats and inflate tires to specification.
- Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
- Perform oil changes and replace filters.
- Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
- Test and install batteries.
- Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
- Work with the team to deliver fast, accurate service.
- Progress into light mechanical services, such as brakes, suspension, and alignments, as skills and experience allow.
