About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives with strong people skills and an upbeat personality. The position involves operating store equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing related paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. Representatives communicate with customers and coworkers by phone and in person, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers, including over the phone.
• Clear, upbeat speaking voice when communicating with customers by phone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Clean-cut and personable; outgoing and energetic; dependable, reliable, and punctual; prompt and responsible; a quick learner and self-motivated.
