About The Position

As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment focused on providing customers with a positive experience. You will engage with customers through hospitality and contribute across store sales, food preparation, and customer service. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to change and multitask. An additional $3.00 per hour is provided for shifts worked between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., and for all hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays.

The role involves welcoming customers, preparing food and beverages to their specifications, handling checkout transactions, monitoring sales of restricted products, maintaining clean store and food-service areas, and restocking merchandise. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
