About The Position

Join Sheetz as a Store Team Member in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, communication, and teamwork. Team members work across several facets of store operations, including sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to develop skills and grow within Sheetz. An additional $3.00 per hour is paid for shifts worked between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. and for all Saturday and Sunday hours.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to change.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide high-quality customer service.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
