About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, communication, and teamwork. Team members contribute across several areas of store operations, including sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to grow their skills and career within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work performed between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
