About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and works with store team members to provide customers with a welcoming, high-quality experience. The role involves serving food and beverages safely and efficiently, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping the store and food-service areas clean. An additional $1.50 per hour is paid for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.

• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
