About The Position

Join Sheetz as a Store Team Member in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on making customers’ experiences enjoyable through hospitality, communication, and teamwork. Team Members work across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to develop skills and grow within Sheetz. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for working between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
• Full-time Team Members must work four weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Restock products throughout the store.
