About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and works with store team members to provide customers with a welcoming, high-quality experience. The role involves serving food and beverages safely, quickly, and according to customer specifications; coaching team members; maintaining product availability and merchandising; and keeping store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. Candidates should be self-motivated, dependable, efficient, positive, and able to prioritize and delegate tasks.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
• Monitor in-store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
