About The Position
Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, food and beverage preparation, sales, and customer service. Team members work together, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing needs while contributing to store operations and maintaining a clean, stocked environment. The position may offer opportunities to grow skills across multiple areas of the store and develop a career with Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sheetz states that it offers competitive salaries and paid time off, 100% paid maternity and paternity leave, food and drink discounts, up to $5,250 per year in tuition reimbursement, employee bonuses, and other perks.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Restock products throughout the store.
