About The Position

Wag N’ Wash is seeking a Store Team Member to help customers and their pets find products, services, and answers to their questions. The role supports a positive store experience through customer service, sales transactions, product recommendations, inventory work, and assistance with self-wash stations. Team members may also perform walk-in nail-trimming services.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and pass a drug screening where applicable. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as health savings and flexible spending accounts, are listed for full-time employees.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive, outgoing, helpful attitude.
• Help customers find products and recommend merchandise based on their needs.
• Accept and process orders, operate the POS register, and resolve return issues.
• Promote special sales, offers, and the rewards program.
• Stock and catalog products, including entering data into computer systems.
• Help customers use the self-wash stations and explain the washing process.
• Stock bathing supply caddies.
• Provide backup support to coworkers when extra help is needed.
• Perform walk-in nail-trimming services.
