About The Position

Wag N’ Wash is hiring a Store Team Member who helps customers and their pets have a positive store experience. The role provides friendly, knowledgeable customer service, assists customers with product selection and recommendations, and supports store operations across cashiering, stocking, and pet-wash services. Team members may also perform walk-in nail-trimming services. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and pass a drug screening where applicable. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive, outgoing, ready-to-help attitude.
• Help customers find products and recommend merchandise based on their needs.
• Accept and process orders, operate the POS register, and resolve return issues.
• Promote special sales, offers, and the rewards program.
• Stock and catalog products, including entering data into computer systems.
• Help pet parents use self-wash stations and explain the washing process.
• Stock bathing-supply caddies.
• Provide backup support to coworkers when extra help is needed.
• Perform walk-in nail-trimming services.
