About The Position
Sheetz is seeking a Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, customer service, sales, food preparation, and teamwork. Team Members prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, process transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and keep merchandise stocked. The position offers opportunities to develop skills across multiple facets of the store and grow within Sheetz. Employees working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Keep merchandise stocked throughout the store.
- Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to changing needs.
